During the two weeks of training, L.I.T. participants are taught to pattern their lives after Christ, to stand against the world and live lives worthy of His calling, and to exemplify a life of leadership through service. They will seek to answer “Who am I in Christ”, by team building sessions, solo time, teaching and worship times. They will also have an opportunity to serve camp in other staff positions of their choice, and to plan and run an entire program at Camp for an inner city ministry. They will have a chance to do everything from planning and running the program to planning and preparing meals for these campers. All of this to learn what it means to be one body in Christ and how they fit into God’s overall plan.
