General Registration
Registrations are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please mail in all registrations (phone registrations are not accepted). Many camps fill up, so please call ahead for availability regarding “walk-in” registrations.
Arrival
Overnight Camp sessions begin with check-in on Sunday afternoon at 6:00 PM. Please do not arrive before 5:00 PM.
Confirmation Letter
Upon reception of your registration, you will receive a confirmation letter, including what to bring, a detailed map, payment information, health form, and other important details.
CampStore
Our new Camp Store offers a variety of items, such as camper T-shirts, camp caps, water bottles, and other camp memorabilia.
The Camp Store sells snacks such as cold drinks, candy, chips, etc. Each snack sells from $0.50 to $1.50. Children are not allowed to carry cash while at camp. During check-in time, you can deposit money towards your child's account at the CampStore. Recommended amount for Winter Retreats is $25. During the weekend, campers will be permitted to charge items to their account up to the deposited amount. Any funds remaining at the end of the week are refunded on the last day of camp, or you can donate your Camp Store refund to our Camper Scholarship Fund.

Steps to Register by mail
1. Print registration form (doc format pdf format), complete, and mail to the address below.
2. A $10 tuition deposit per camper session is required with the registration for any session. The tuition deposit is nonrefundable, but is applied to the total payment. Tuition deposits are transferable to another camper. The remaining balance is due on the day your camp session begins.
3. Upon receipt of your registration and deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter including what to bring, a detailed map, health form, and other important information.
