A non-refundable reservation/security deposit, contract, and your organization’s statement of faith and/or mission’s statement are required to reserve a date. The deposit is applied to the total bill. (Reservation/Security Deposit $10.00 per person)

DAY RATES

$8.00 per person (For day groups - 50 person minimum)
$10.00 per person (For day users coming with overnight group)

FELLOWSHIP HALL:  $300 day use fee

CONFERENCE ROOM: $100 day use fee.

RIDGELINE: $200 day use fee

OVERNIGHT RATES

(Overnight groups must pay for a 20-person minimum)

LODGING:

$30.00 per person (includes cabins or Hilltop Fort)
MEAL RATES:

Breakfast:                $7.00 per person
Lunch and Dinner:   $8.00 per person

Groups may provide their own meals, but will not have access to kitchen. (Overnight groups must pay for a 20-person minimum for meals.)

ACTIVITY RATES

Many activities are free including, but not limited to; volleyball, soccer field, baseball field, hiking, horseshoes, gorilla ball, carpet ball, etc…  Activities that require an activity instructor have an additional fee.  Activity instructors and facilitators are included with the activity rate when applicable. 

Wagon Rides: $25.00 per wagon (up to 1 hour use)

Lifeguards: Camp Victory strongly encourages the presence of a certified lifeguard, with training on blood borne pathogens, be present for canoeing or tubing on the river.  Camp Victory may be able to find a lifeguard for the group, if desired, at the rate of of $10 per hour.

Ropes Course:

Day Group:
$25 per person half day (low or high)
$35 per person full day (high and low)
Group Size:   8 - 15 people                     

Overnight Group:
$10 per person half day (low or high)
$15 per person full day (low or high)

Climbing Wall:   $100 for 2 hours (group)

Canoe Rental:

$10 per canoe from camp property to the green bridge (transportation included)
$45 per canoe from camp property to Zumbro Falls (transportation included) (not available while bridge under construction)

Tube Rental:

$5 per tube from camp property to the green bridge (transportation included)

WINTER ACTIVITIES

No additional cost for these winter activities: snow tubing, ice skating (no rentals available), broom ball, snow shoeing and cross country skiing.
