Like colleges and private schools, Camp Victory has a tradition of charging less than the actual cost of operating. Scholarships provide funding for families needing financial assistance in sending a child to camp. There are several ways you can donate to help with scholarships:
ULEAD - Our Urban Leadership Education And Development (ULEAD) Program is a collaboration of Camp Victory, County agencies, and other organizations. ULEAD helps inner city youth of Rochester learn skills in leadership, friendship, improved self-esteem, personal independence, recreational skills, a respect for others, an appreciation for the environment and strengthened spiritual values.
Cook Memorial Fund – The Charlotte Cook Memorial Fund is an endowment fund which provides scholarships for children who can not afford to attend Camp Victory. Your gift becomes an ongoing legacy for children now and in the future.
Zumbro River Community Festival – Whether you are a serious competitor, a casual canoer, or a sponsor, your gift goes directly to our Scholarship Fund. Go to our Festival page for more information.
Annual Golf Tournament – Play some golf, have some laughs, and help us raise $30,000 for our Scholarship Fund. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
You can help make a child's dream come true! Simply print the Scholarship Donation Form and include it with your donation.
In 2007, over 300 children received a scholarship to experience Camp Victory.
