Registrations are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Many camps fill up, so please call ahead for availability regarding "walk-in" registrations.

Confirmation Letter
Upon reception of your registration, you will receive a confirmation letter, including what to bring, a detailed map, payment information, health form, waiver and release form and other important details. Dowload the required forms HERE.
Scholarship Assistance
Partial scholarships are available on the basis of financial need. All prospective campers with financial needs are eligible to apply for individual assistance, but we cannot guarantee every request will be honored. Limited funds are available and will be awarded until the funds are depleted. Scholarships may be granted for a single week of camp. The registration deposit must accompany all registration forms and scholarship applications. If you do not receive the requested scholarship, and therefore decide not to attend camp, you will receive a refund of the registration deposit. Download the Scholarship Application Form HERE.
CampStore
Our new Camp Store offers a variety of items, such as camper T-shirts, camp caps, water bottles, and other camp memorabilia. The Camp Store sells snacks such as cold drinks, candy, chips, etc. Each snack sells from $0.50 to $1.50. Children are not allowed to carry cash while at camp. During check-in time, you can deposit money towards your child's account at the CampStore. Recommended amount for Overnight Camp is $50. Recommended amount for Day Camp & Retreats is $25. During their session, campers will be permitted to charge items to their account up to the deposited amount. Any funds remaining at the end of their session are refunded on the last day of their session, or you can donate your Camp Store refund to our Camper Scholarship Fund.
LETTERS & EMAIL (not available for Camp Conquest ):
Campers enjoy receiving mail! When you write, please remember to keep the letters cheerful. Long letters expressing how much you miss them may encourage homesickness. We believe a postcard is sufficient. Our mailing address is: Camp Victory , 58212 – 403 Avenue, Zumbro Falls , MN 55991 . Please clearly print your camper’s first and last name as well as the name of the session they are attending.
You may send an email to your camper which will be printed and delivered to them. There is a $0.25 printing fee, which will be deducted from your child’s Camp Store account. Please send emails to

Steps to Register by mail
1. Print Registration Form HERE, complete, and mail to the address below.
2. A $75 tuition deposit per camper session is required with the registration for any session. The tuition deposit is nonrefundable, but is applied to the total payment. Tuition deposits are transferable to another camper in the same immediate family. The remaining balance is due on the day your camp session begins.
3. Upon receipt of your registration and deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter, including what to bring, a detailed map, payment information, health form, waiver and release form and other important details.
