Bluff Lodge and Timber Lodge are each designed to accommodate 60 people in six different rooms with an accompanying meeting room that can hold 120 people (1700 sq ft).  Each room has 5 bunk beds with a private bathroom and private shower. Each room also has three separate doors; 1 exterior, 1 to hallway and 1 to an adjoining room. Each door can be locked or left open depending upon your groups needs. There is a main hallway that separates the rooms - three on each side. Included in the building is a bright and cozy meeting room with audio visual equipment, gas fireplace, kitchenette, air conditioning and heated floors. Both lodges are wheelchair accessible with a handicap bathroom. Our lodges create a great atmosphere for your group to bond and fellowship.

What to Bring to Camp

  • We provide a clean extra long twin mattress and clean restroom.
  • Bring clothes that are casual and suitable for the season. There are many outside activities, so please plan accordingly
  • Bring your own pillow, sleep bag and/or sheets and at least two blankets.
  • Bring your towels, washcloth, soap, deodorant, shampoo, toothbrush and paste.
  • If you wish, a Bible, notebook, pen and sports equipment.
  • You may want to bring extra spending money for the Camp Store. Gift items, toiletries, pop and candy are available for purchase. The store will be open before and after meals in the Scott Dining Hall.

Available Audio & Visual Equipment

  • We provide microphones, mic cords, music stands, speakers, sound board, projector, screen, podium, tables, chairs, laptop upon request.
  • We offer both VGA and/or HDMI connections for laptops plus a few adapters.
  • You provide musical equipment equipment and specific adapters for MAC.
  • Please verify with the Retreat Director before arrival for specific needs.
