Overnight Rates

Lodging: (Cabins, Bluff Lodge, Timber Lodge, or Hilltop Fort)

   Peak Season           $35 per person       (Labor day to Thanksgiving)

   Non-Peak Season   $30 per person       (After Thanksgiving to before Labor day)

Camp Victory charges a 20-person minimum for lodging

Lodges require a 40 person minimum contract during the off season and a 50 person minimum during peak season. Please call 507-843-2329 for availability.

Total capacity in lodges and cabins (not including Hilltop Fort) - 225 beds

Overnight Rates include 1 meeting space, Free Wifi, coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave, sound equipment, video projector, set up of tables and chairs.

Arrival time - After 3 PM  Departure time - 11 AM

If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, contact Camp Victory Retreat Staff prior to arrival.

Hilltop Fort:

Sleeps 48 people in two seperate trailer style cabins and is unavailable in the summer and winter months. Cost is $5 less per night. Full restrooms and showers.

Day Rates

$10 per person (for day groups - 50 person minimum)
$10 per person (for day users coming with overnight group)

These rates apply to those groups only coming for the day and people that come for the day with an overnight group.

Meeting Space Rates

These rates apply for a group coming for the day and for overnight group that would like a 2nd meeting place. Based upon availability. Day Rate time frame - 9 AM - 4 PM

FELLOWSHIP HALL:  $300 day use fee

BLUFF & TIMBER LODGES:  $300 day use fee

CONFERENCE/MEETING ROOMS: $100 day use fee.

RIDGELINE: $200 day use fee

SCOTT DING HALL:  $400 day use fee

 SCOTT DINING HALL LOWER LEVEL:  $100 day use fee

Meal Rates:

Breakfast:               $8 per person
Brunch:                   $8 per person
Lunch:                     $8 per person
Dinner:                    $9 per person

Ages 0 - 3yrs old: Free;  Ages 4 - 10yrs old: Half price

Meals are served buffet style in our spacious dining hall. Complimentary coffee and cappuccino bar. Meal prices include 1 entree, salad bar, homemade desserts and beverages. Breakfast includes a yogurt and cereal bar. Special dietary requests are honored - must notify Camp Victory Retreat staff proir to arrival.

Groups may provide their own meals, but will not have access to the kitchen. A $50 maintenance fee will be charged for those who do not eat any meals provided by Camp Victory. You may grill outside of lodges. Only crock pot style warmers are allowed inside the buildings. Please notify Camp Victory Staff if you plan to do any grilling.

(Overnight groups must pay for a 20-person minimum for meals.)

Summer Activities

Many activities are free including, but not limited to: volleyball, soccer field, baseball field, hiking, gorilla ball, carpet ball, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, 9 square in the air, corn hole, 4 square, disc golf mini golf, etc.  Activities that require an activity instructor have an additional fee.  Activity instructors and facilitators are included with the activity rate when applicable. 

Wagon Rides:     $35 per wagon (up to 1 hour use)

Ropes Course (pricing follows for Day or Overnight):

Waivers must be signed prior to participation.

Day Group:
$25 per person half day (low or high)
$35 per person full day (both high and low)
Group Size:   8 - 15 people                     

Overnight Group: (Must be staying at least one night)
$10 per person half day (low or high)
$15 per person full day (low or high)

Half Day = 3-4 hours     Full Day = 6-8 hours

Climbing Wall:   $50 per hour (group)

Includes both inside and outside climbing wall.

Waivers mustbe signed prior to participation.

Zip Line:

$10 per person - 2 hours

Minimum of 20 people

Canoe Rental:

$10 per canoe from camp property to the bridge (transportation included)
$45 per canoe from camp property to Zumbro Falls (transportation included)

Canoes can hold 2-3 people. $10 run last 45 - 60 minutes depending on river depth and flow. $45 run lasts 3- 4 hours.

Tube Rental:

$5 per tube from camp property to the bridge (transportation back to camp included)

Lifeguards: Camp Victory strongly encourages the presence of a certified lifeguard, with training on blood borne pathogens, for canoe or tube trips on the river. Camp Victory may be able to a lifeguard for the group, if desired, at the rate of $15 per hour.

Archery / Sling Shots/ Tomahawk Throw Rental:

$5 per person per hour for each activity.

10 person minimum

A group can reserve all 3 for an hour and rotate between each. Price is $10 per person for the hour. 2 of the 3 for an hour would be $8 per person

Black Hole / Mountain Boarding Rental:

$5 per person per hour for each activity.

10 person minimum

A group can reserve both for an hour and rotate between each. Price is $8 per person for the hour

Activity Packages:

Rates for groups of 30 or more start as low as $300 for 2 hours. Pick and choose the number of activities and the time and we will charge you 1 low rate for your whole group instead of a per person rate. Rates depend upon the activities chosen, the time frame and the number of people. Please ask Camp Victory Retreat Staff for more information.

Winter Activities:

Tubing Hill with Tow Rope:

$5 per person / per 2 hours for overnight groups.

$10 per person / per 2 hours for day groups. 

$20 per family / per 2 hours for day groups

Minimum of 10 paying customers. Group rates apply for groups of 40 or more. Ask CV Staff for more details   Must schedule in advance. Waivers must be signed prior to participation. No other charges if only going tubing.

No additional cost for the following:

  • Broomball    (equipment provided)
  • Snowshoes     (equipment provided)
  • Cross country skiing    (equipment provided)

All paid activities must be reserved in advance of arrival to ensure staff are scheduled.
